SHERRY AND CHILI DRESSING

A hot and spicy dressing, which can be served with crab, chicken, pasta or cheese.

Ingredients:
1 shallot, finely chopped
1 red chili, seeded and chopped
1 tsp soft brown sugar
4 tbsp International Collection Walnut Oil
4 tsp International Collection Sherry Wine Vinegar
¼ tsp salt4 tbsp International Collection Garlic & Chili Dipping Oil

Put all the ingredients, except the Garlic & Chili Dipping Oil, in a bowl and mix together well. Then, whisking continuously, slowly add the Garlic & Chili Dipping oil until the mixture is evenly blended.
