Scampi and Asparagus with Balsamic Vinegar
Preparation time: 40 minutes

Ingredients (for 4 persons)

20 asparagus stalks
20 shrimps
3 TSP extra virgin olive oil
salt
white pepper
grains of pink pepper
few fresh cervil branches
1 TSP MAZZETTI Balsamic Vinegar

Method:

In two different pots steam the shrimp and asparagus separately. Shell the shrimp and arrange them together with asparagus stalks on each individual dish, dress with vinaigrette (made by combining olive oil, MAZZETTI Balsamic Vinegar, salt and white pepper). Adorn with grains of pink pepper and small leaves of fresh cervil.
